Order Processing

Order processing takes 1-3 business days.

Orders with customized products ship together and take an additional 2-4 business days to process.

Shipping time/method selected begins as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.

leathermens.top is closed on all major US holidays. No orders are processed on these days.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Note: These times are in addition to the order processing times above.

For shipments to PO, FPO, or APO boxes, United States Postal Service is the only shipping available.

For shipments going to AK or HI, UPS Two-Day or United States Postal Service are the only shipping methods available.

RETURNS

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If your return is due to an error on our part, leathermens.top will refund the original shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label to make the process easy for you.

Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included.

*Excludes items listed as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customized items are not subject to return or exchange. Once an order for a custom or engraved item is received, it cannot be cancelled.

Apparel Returns

Apparel returns will only be accepted if they do not show any signs of use or damage. They must be in re-sellable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
